SHOTZ was entrusted with the entire multimedia operations for the Inter-Regional African Ministerial Meeting on Anti-Doping, a high-level gathering focused on strengthening sport governance through values, ethics and integrity.
Our assignment began before the main event, covering the arrival of international delegates and ministers over two days. The SHOTZ team documented airport arrivals and produced individual short-form highlights for key guests, ensuring their participation was captured from the moment they arrived in The Gambia.
For the main event, SHOTZ provided full photography and videography coverage, capturing keynote addresses, ministerial sessions, audience interactions, official engagements and key moments throughout the programme. We also coordinated the stage and event branding, ensuring the visual environment aligned with the event's identity.
Beyond conventional event coverage, our team produced individual speaker video highlights, photographic portraits, crowd and atmosphere imagery, and an overall event highlight film—creating a comprehensive visual archive of the meeting.
From delegate arrivals to the final session, SHOTZ delivered an end-to-end visual storytelling experience, combining photography, videography, event branding and rapid content production to bring the significance of this international gathering to life.
